Day 1: City tour and Transfer to Volcanoes National park.
You will be picked from you Kigali hotel by your Driver/tour guide in the morning and go for Kigali City tour. Visit the genocide memorial, Nyamata church, local markets. Later, drive northwards to Volcanoes national park in Ruhengeri, a home to 360 Mountain Gorillas. You may go for optional cultural walk to Iby’wachu in the evening. Dinner and overnight at La Palme Hotel/Mountain Gorilla View Lodge/ Muhabura Hotel.
Day 2: Mountain Gorilla Tracking and transfer back to Kigali.
This is the day for gorilla tracking adventure. Assemble at the park headquarters for a briefing in the morning together with your trekking gear and drinking water and ascend in the forest to track the gorillas. On return, you will drive back to Kigali and be transferred to the airport for your departure flight if on schedule or back to the hotel.
