This safari takes you to the KibirA National Park that is Perched on the top of Congo-Nile ranges, between 1550 and 2660m of altitude, Kibira park is a majestic primeval rainy forest covering 40,000hectares. Former sacred hunting reserve for the kings of Burundi , it is today instituted a protected area and is habitat to some 98 mammal species, a dozen of primates (numerous families of chimpanzees, white & black colobus, baboons, tailed monkeys, black colobus), There are close to 98 mammal species, 644 plant plus flower species and over 200 bird species found in this Park so all you have to do is to enjoy nature at its glory.

DAY 1: ARRIVE BUJUMBURA
Arrive at the Airport were you will be picked up by the diver / guide, who will take you to your hotel to check-in. Half day tour in Bujumbura, to visit the Snake & Culture Museum; the Islam Culture Centre; City Hall; President’s Office and the main And beautiful attraction of the City: Lake Tanganyika.

DAY 2: KIBIRA NATIONAL PARK BURUNDI
Visit Kibira Forest National Park, for a guided nature walk in this park of few animals species or you can opt for chimps trekking since this park a dozen of primates (numerous families of chimpanzees, white & black colobus, baboons, tailed monkeys, black colobus). If time permitting, visit the Explorers Memorial, a huge rock in the Suburbs of Bujumbura commemorating the meeting between explorers Livingston Stanley in 1871.

DAY 3: Fly out
Have an early breakfast and head to the Airport for your departure flight if its in the morning, and if its later you can relax in your hotel before you head to the Airport for your departure flight.
